Refrigerator 48hrs
Cooler 24hrs
Freezer 3 months
Deep Freezer 6 months

Thawed Breast Milk:

Room Temp 1hr
Refrigerator 24hrs
Cooler 24hrs
Freezer Never refreeze
Deep Freezer Never refreeze
